Blushing

Apart from those that suffer from blushing, few people are aware of how distressing  this problem can be. It is regarded as something that children and teenagers suffer from. It is often seen as a bit of a joke, something to be made fun of. But this is not the case. Check the following list to see if this matches any of your own experiences.

  • It affects your personal life, friendships and social activities
  • It affects your career, how you project yourself and your advancement
  • It makes you feel anxious, depressed and at times the thought and worry of blushing is with you all the time.
  • You probably have not spoken to anyone about this, or only someone very close.
  • At times you know when it is coming on and fight to stop it.
  • At other times it will just happen in an instance.
  • It can happen in strange places, supermarkets, shops.
  • You don't want others to see you because of what they think.
  • When it happens your brain freezes, it is difficult to talk or think.
  • You are afraid it is something odd or strange about you.
  • This is not something trivial, it is affecting you whole life.

Is it re-assuring to read this and to know that you are not on your own, that someone else understands?

I know this because I have worked extensively, over the past few years with people that suffer from blushing. Over this time, peoples' experiences have been researched and methods of dealing with blushing have been developed and tested.

This has resulted in a three session treatment to help you to deal with your blushing problem. The individual sessions are carried out at weekly or fortnightly intervals.

This programme of therapies is now available at a fixed price of £180
